About Alex

Alex joined Joyful Journeys in 2021 and is so excited to be a vacation designer among such valued professionals in the industry. She was born and raised in Ellijay, Georgia. After attending the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) and Mercer University’s School of Law, she moved to Charlotte to marry her husband and begin her legal career.

Amid a global pandemic and becoming a mom, Alex decided to pursue something she has always been passionate about – travel. Alex has been fortunate enough to travel to hundreds of places since she was a child, and she loves sharing the joy that comes from seeing the world with others. Exploring the globe with her husband, Chris, and her son, William, is Alex’s favorite thing to do.
