About Jessi

Jessi Thompson Lofland, with a love of travel and a desire to help others, joined the Joyful Journeys team in 2018. She loves helping couples, families and multi-generational families plan the perfect vacation for unforgettable memories.

Jessi specializes in all-inclusive luxury vacations, all things Disney, cruises and personalized Las Vegas packages. She also has vast knowledge and experience in the areas of accessible and person of size travel. Jessi has a true passion for helping clients conquer their fears and explore the world free from worry and concerns due to any kind of accessibility issues. Flying, cruising or amusement parks can be accessible for ALL people with a little knowledge and encouragement!

When not curating vacations for friends, family and clients, Jessi works in a the family business at Ronnie Thompson Ford. Jessi is married to her favorite travelling partner and Prince Charming, Doug. They love cooking, travelling and working around their home together.

As she works with clients, Jessi hopes to remove all the stress and anxiety of planning a vacation and to ensure the process is as easy as possible from the inception of the plan, through the booking process, up until post-travel.

In January we decided to plan a Disney getaway to celebrate my daughters birthday that was only a few short weeks away. I tried to plan it myself but was overwhelmed by all the covid restrictions. I was referred to Jessi by a mutual friend. She was amazing; she jumped right in and got me fixed up and ready for my trip in less than 24 hours. She was even able to get us a dinner reservation in Cinderella’s Royal Table which can be nearly impossible last minute! Everything was perfect!
